Optimized rectangular fire damper with a fire resistance up to 120 minutes, available in small dimensions (starting from 100 mm. height). A minimal pressure loss is guaranteed thanks to the thin blade and the transmission located outside the tunnel.

Drive mechanisms

CU-LT+MFUSP: Rectangular gate CU-LT equipped with MFUSP, which is a triggering mechanism that closes the gate only when the fuse rated at 72°C melts or by operating the lever located in the mechanism itself (the reset in case of triggering must be done from the same gate using a 10mm Allen key).

CU-LT+ONE T 24 FDCU: Rectangular gate CU-LT equipped with ONE T 24 FDCU, which is a motorized mechanism powered by 24V AC or 24V DC with a limit switch. The power consumption at rest is only 0.1W, while in operation it is 2.7W (max power: 4.2W). Protection class IP54. An initial and a final limit switch allow knowing the state of the gate.

CU-LT+ONE T 230 FDCU: Rectangular gate CU-LT equipped with ONE T 230 FDCU, which is a mechanism powered by 230V AC with a limit switch. The power consumption at rest is less than 0.12W, while in operation it is 2.7W (max power: 4.2W). Protection class IP54. An initial and a final limit switch allow knowing the state of the gate.

CU-LT+UNIQ VD/VM FDCU: Rectangular gate CU-LT equipped with UNIQ VD/VM FDCU, which is a remote control mechanism using a coil. UNIQ sets the gate to standby (open) using a 9V DC battery (not supplied) or remotely via the optional ME motor when powered. When a closing signal is sent (current pulse (VD) or by cutting the current (VM)), or when the temperature of the conveyed air exceeds 72°C, the gate closes. A limit switch allows knowing the state of the gate. This mechanism is dual voltage (24/48) V DC and VD. The same mechanism can be used in VM mode by changing a configuration.
